V&S Engineering was founded in 1974 in Huntington Beach, California, as a small family-owned machining shop. Over five decades, we have grown into a trusted precision CNC machining partner for the world's most demanding industries — aerospace, defense, medical, energy, and beyond.
As a women-owned business, we bring a unique perspective to precision manufacturing — one built on integrity, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Our 25-person team operates out of a 15,000 square foot facility equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery.

1974 — Founded
V&S Engineering established in Huntington Beach, CA as a general machining shop serving local Southern California manufacturers.
1980s — Aerospace Entry

Achieved ISO 9001 certification, followed by AS9100 certification, establishing V&S as a quality-first organization.
