Our 15,000 square foot facility supports both low-volume prototyping and high-volume production runs. With our understanding of IATF 16949 quality requirements and automotive PPAP processes, we integrate seamlessly into automotive supply chains. Our production machining capabilities ensure consistent quality across thousands of parts, with statistical process control and comprehensive inspection at every stage.

Engine Components

Precision-machined cylinder heads, engine blocks, connecting rods, camshaft housings, and intake manifold components. Our multi-axis capability produces complex engine geometries with tight bore tolerances, precise surface finishes for sealing surfaces, and accurate port contours for optimal airflow and combustion efficiency.

Transmission Parts

Gear sets, shaft assemblies, clutch housings, valve body castings, and synchronizer rings machined to exacting gear profile specifications. We achieve the micro-finishes and precise tooth geometry required for smooth, quiet operation in both manual and automatic transmission systems.

EV Motor Housings

Stator and rotor housings, end caps, cooling jackets, and motor mounting brackets for electric vehicle drivetrains. Machined from aluminum with precise bore concentricity, critical cooling channel geometry, and tight flatness specifications for optimal motor performance and thermal management.

Brake Systems

Caliper housings, brake disc components, master cylinder bodies, ABS modulator housings, and pedal assemblies. Machined from ductile iron, aluminum, and steel with precision surfaces for piston bores, sealing interfaces, and mounting flanges that ensure consistent braking performance and safety.
